Clearing up Your Criminal Record

There are several circumstances where your criminal record may show an arrest even though you were acquitted or the charges were dismissed. The latter may particularly be the case if you accepted a plea bargain for deferred probation in, for instance, a drug case.

I can help you pursue expunction of your record or a motion for nondisclosure, depending on your particular circumstances, which may allow you to remove damaging items from your criminal record.
